The stage is set for the 19th annual SEE Real Estate Awards, heralding the pinnacle of achievement in the vibrant South-eastern Europe region. This prestigious event, set to dazzle on April 17, 2024, at the illustrious Athenee Palace Hotel in Bucharest, Romania, will be graced by luminaries and titans of the industry.

In the wake of turbulent times, Craig Smith, the visionary publisher and founder of EuropaProperty, champions of the commercial real estate realm, reflects with pride on the influx of nominations. It’s a testament to these burgeoning markets’ unwavering economic vigour and resilience.

Amidst a resurgence in commercial real estate dynamics across Romania and the SEE region, this year’s gala promises to be a watershed moment, drawing the attention of local stalwarts and global players eager to capitalize on the burgeoning opportunities.

Romania, in particular, emerges from the crucible of crisis with renewed vitality, presenting a fertile ground for both development and investment endeavours, albeit with a calculated level of risk compared to its more established counterparts in the CEE markets.

As the anticipation mounts, market leaders brace for the showdown across various sectors—office, retail, warehouse, and residential—vying for supremacy and recognition. With a distinguished panel of judges comprising senior-level European and Central European directors, the SEE Real Estate Awards is an undisputed hallmark event within the industry.

Now, as the spotlight turns towards the titans of the dynamic SEE real estate landscape, the semi-finalists emerge from a rigorous selection process, conducted by an independent jury, culminating from a pool of over 300 nominees.
