The finalists for the 21st annual SEE Real Estate Awards have now been revealed, recognising the most active and influential companies, projects and professionals shaping the Southeastern European property market.
The awards will take place on April 23, 2026, at the Intercontinental Athenee Palace Hotel in Bucharest, bringing together leading investors, developers and advisors from across the region.
Following a highly competitive nomination process, with over 300 entries submitted, this year’s shortlist reflects the strength, resilience and growing maturity of the SEE real estate sector. From landmark developments to major investment transactions, the finalists highlight the depth and quality of activity across Romania and the wider region.
Commenting on this year’s shortlist, Craig Smith, founder and publisher of EuropaProperty, noted the continued momentum in the market, with Romania in particular attracting strong interest from both local and international investors. With strong interest across the region, a limited number of categories remain open, with final nominations currently being reviewed.
Winners will be selected by an independent panel of senior industry professionals, with the awards recognising excellence across office, retail, residential and industrial sectors, as well as investment, ESG and professional services.
Given the growing importance of the energy sector across SEE, the shortlist for this category will be announced separately in the coming days.
As the countdown to the awards begins, the spotlight is now on the finalists, driving the next phase of growth in SEE real estate.
